Join WFF for A Workshop for Faculty by Faculty - focused on women who Lead,
Empower, Advance &Develop, Tuesday, March 24, 3:00 – 5:00 pm, Sterling Memorial
Library, followed by Women in STEM reception at Mory’s. Registration here.

Women LEAD Together brings together women faculty, researchers, and leaders from
across Yale. We will explore interconnected pathways for academic success and
institutional impact and help you make meaningful faculty connections across the
university.

To ground our discussion, several women faculty panelists from different
disciplines will share examples of their collaborations along with Q&A:
  • The collaboration. What inspired us? Partners? Results? Gaps to tend?
  • Idea to Impact. Strategies, barriers, enablers? funding, recognition, leadership?
  • Sustainability. Balancing leadership, momentum, and engagement?
We’ll focus on exercises to create new connections and explore with whom and how
you might start building your own collaborations by:
  • Identifying shared interests and complementary expertise
  • Surface opportunities for research collaboration, advocacy, and/or leadership
  • Build cross-disciplinary connections across Humanities, STEM, and Law/Public Policy
