NOW HIRING: Postgraduate Associate for ‘22 - ‘23

The Gender Equity and Policy Postgraduate Associate will be involved with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Yale Women Faculty Forum. This will include support of the organization’s scholarly and advocacy goals, which include data collection, limited analyses, report or publication writing, and facilitating collaboration with other campus organizations. Weekly responsibilities include: writing content for the university-wide newsletter; planning large-scale events and programs; coordinating research projects alongside WFF graduate and professional school fellows and WFF faculty leadership; and managing social media, community outreach, and internal communications. 
 
Qualified applicants will be recent bachelors or masters degree graduates from Yale with demonstrated academic excellence, a background in thinking about the role gender plays in social structures, qualitative and organizational skills, and experience working with diverse groups of people. Familiarity with software such as Word, Excel, InDesign, and a variety of social media platforms is strongly desired. 
 
The position is available beginning June 2022. Working location (remote/in-person) will be tailored in conversation with the individual in this role. The position will involve collaboration with other WFF staff, as well as WFF leadership (Chairs and Council). The appointee and Chair will have weekly meetings.
